ISO 9001 Quality Policy

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, the Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 shall be implemented, and continuously improved upon as follows

 

1. Understand and clearly define customer's requirements and expectations, and provide quality products to our customers.

ความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้ถึงความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสินค้าและบริการที่มีคุณภาพ

 

2. Provide all employees the training and support needed to provide quality products and services to all customers. 
อบรมและสนับสนุนพนักงานทุกคนเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสินค้าและบริการที่มีคุณภาพ

 

3. Work closely with Suppliers to make sure that all purchased products and services meet our requirements.
ปฎิบัติงานกับผู้ขายสินค้าและบริการอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสินค้าและบริการที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อสนองความประสงค์ของบริษัท

 

4. Operate our system to be in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

ISO 14001 Environmental Policy

Toyota Tsusho M&E (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has established the policy to comply with the philosophy of continuous protection and improvement, in order to ensure a better environment, by realizing that it is part of the Company’s responsibility in cooperation with all the employees. Therefore, the Company has determined to act as follows:

บริษัท โตโยต้า ทูโช เอ็ม แอนด์ อี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้มีนโยบายที่จะปฏิบัติตามเพื่อ ให้บรรลุถึงปรัชญาในการที่จะรักษาและปรับปรุงสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ดีขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และโดยตระหนักว่าบริษัทฯ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่จะต้องรับผิดชอบ ด้วยความร่วมมือของพนักงานทุกคน จึงมีความมุ่งมั่นจะปฏิบัติ ดังนี้

 

1. The Company shall operate its business while protecting the environment by emphasizing resource and energy conservation, as well as reusing resources in every process of the business operation; 
บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินธุรกิจโดยมีการปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อม มุ่งเน้นการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากร พลังงาน รวมถึง การนำทรัพยากรกลับมาใช้ใหม่ในทุกขั้นตอน ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ

 

2. The Company shall prevent pollution arising from activities in order to minimize any environmental impact, by instilling awareness in all the relevant people so they will realize and help prevent environmental issues arising; 
บริษัทฯ จะป้องกันมลพิษที่เกิดขึ้นจากกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อลดผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกิดขึ้นน้อยที่สุด โดยการสร้างจิตสำนึกให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกคนมีความตระหนัก และช่วยป้องกันปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม

 

3. The Company shall comply with the laws and regulations related to any environmental impact resulting from the organization’s activities or services; 
บริษัทฯ จะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมอันเนื่องมาจากกิจกรรมหรือการบริการขององค์กร

 

4. The Company shall implement an effective environmental management system, develop the competency to achieve the Company’s objectives, evaluate the environmental protection activities, and ensure continuous improvement; 
บริษัทฯ จะพัฒนาระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมพัฒนาระดับความสามารถเพื่อให้บรรลุถึงวัตถุประสงค์เป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ รวมทั้งมีการประเมินผลในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่รักษาสภาพแวดล้อม โดยมีเป้าหมายในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง

 

5. The Company shall cooperate with the customers and Group companies regarding the quality of the environment, and consume energy and resources in an economical way. 
บริษัทฯ จะให้ความร่วมมือกับลูกค้าและบริษัทในกลุ่ม เพื่อคุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการใช้พลังงานตลอดจนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างประหยัด

SAFETY POLICY

นโยบายเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย

Toyota Tsusho M&E (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will operate its business by considering the safety of employees, contractors, related persons, customers, and the public. The company will try to prevent accidents, injuries and illnesses due to work duties. By utilizing the earnest cooperation of all employees, the Company intends and continually tries to control the inconsistency. safety that may arise from the company's business operations

บริษัท โตโยต้า ทูโช เอ็ม แอนด์ อี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จะประกอบธุรกิจโดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน ผู้รับเหมา บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลูกค้า ประชาชน  โดยบริษัทฯ จะพยายามป้องกัน อุบัติเหตุ การบาดเจ็บและความเจ็บป่วยเนื่องจากหน้าที่งาน โดยอาศัยความร่วมมืออย่างจริงจังของพนักงานทุกคน  บริษัทฯ มีความตั้งใจและพยายามอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อควบคุม ความไม่ปลอดภัยที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ

In order to comply with the aforementioned policies, the Company will proceed as follows:

เพื่อปฏิบัติตามนโยบายตามที่กล่าวมานี้ บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการดัดังนี้
 

1. Establish management systems, provide training and conduct operations in a manner that safeguards employee, outsource, property and community where the company operates;
   กำหนดระเบียบปฏิบัติ จัดให้มีการอบรมและปฏิบัติการในธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ในลักษณะที่มีการป้องกันภัยที่อาจ เกิดขึ้นกับพนักงาน ผู้รับเหมา ทรัพย์สิน และชุมชนที่บริษัทฯ ดำเนินธุรกิจอยู่
    
2. Encourage employees to be aware of safe driving. for safe performance on the job and encourage safe behavior off the job;
   ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีจิตสำนึกในการขับขี่ยานพาหนะเพื่อความปลอดภัยในเวลาทำงานและนอกการทำงาน
    
3. Responses immediate with efficiently and caution.  In case of emergency or accidents from operations cooperate with government organizations responsible for that matter.
   ดำเนินการตอบสนองทันทีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและด้วยความระมัดระวัง ในกรณีที่มีเหตุฉุกเฉินหรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการปฏิบัติงาน โดยร่วมมือกับองค์กรของรัฐที่มีหน้าที่ในเรื่องนั้นๆ
    
4. Comply with existing laws and regulations. In the event that there is no law or regulation The Company will treat the incident with reasonable responsibility.
   ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่มีอยู่ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับ บริษัทฯ จะปฏิบัติต่อเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ด้วยความรับผิดชอบอย่างเหมาะสม
    
5. The company will inform employees that security is the responsibility of all employees.
   บริษัทฯจะแจ้งให้พนักงานทราบว่าการรักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของพนักงานทุกคน
    
6. Reviewing and evaluating performance, as appropriate to know progress and to ensure compliance with this security policy
   การทบทวนและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อทราบความก้าวหน้าและเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าได้มีการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยนี้

This policy shall be complied with and disseminated to all the employees and society directly and indirectly
